I had a rear molar act up on me a few years ago, then just as quickly subside. Well, this tooth's at it again. A part of my soft palette on the left side is swollen. Okay, that moment you've been waiting for. Saw the dentist today. As it turns out, no infection was detected in my teeth anywhere, so yay for that! Finding out the affected teeth like cold. It probably acts like an icepack and keeps the swelling down, so the nerves don't break out the sledgehammers and start pounding away. So I keep eating and drinking cold things. That and breathing in cold air over the teeth as well. Though it gives me the same expression as Dick Cheney when I do. Heh ( Read more... )
